Before becoming a life coach, my own journey was marked by significant challenges and transformations. After having my son, I suffered post-partum depression, which led me to make the courageous decision to leave the corporate world. Determined to overcome these struggles, I embarked on a new path and moved to sunny San Diego, where I transformed my life using the methodology that I now share with many of my clients.

I took the leap as an independent and self-employed coach, and it's been an incredible ride ever since. Along the way, diverse experiences have shaped my understanding of human connections, personal growth, and the hurdles we all face.

I'm incredibly passionate about personal development, leading me to pursue a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at De Montfort University, where I earned a First Class Degree. But I didn't stop there; I further enriched my abilities with Leadership, Relationships, Finances & Communication Courses to empower folks like you.
